So what makes a song from this era important? I could argue that all songs are sublime compositions or that the videos are ground breaking, but it wouldn't be true. Closer to the truth would be: "because I think so".

David Bowie - Ashes to ashes

In the early 80s this amazing song appeard from David Bowie, taking full advantage of the new possibilities with watching music on MTV. My friend Gilbert introduced me to David Bowie, and I am forever in his debt for it. Thanks buddy!
